The missing slide that makes your buyer understand why your offer matters before you ask them to click.
Pull up your last selling Story sequence. We're going to find the slide your buyer needed before you asked them to click.
You can have people watch your entire Story sequence and still make zero sales.
Annoying? Yes. Useful data? Also yes. Because selling in Stories is not just a few slides with a link at the end. It is a sequence.
Most people share the thought, tell the story, show the proof, drop the link, then wonder why people watched but did not buy.
Your buyer did not yet understand WHY your offer mattered to them. That is what The Bridge Slide™ fixes.
The Bridge Slide™ is where the selling starts.
Not the pushy selling. Not the dramatic "doors close at midnight" nonsense with seventeen alarm emojis. Calm down, internet.
The real selling.
The Bridge Slide™ is the moment where your buyer CONNECTS what you just said to what they actually WANT.
It shows the desired result.
It creates self-recognition.
It gives the insight that makes the CTA feel obvious.
Because value is not always more information. Sometimes the value is the insight that makes your buyer think:
"That is why this matters to me." "That is what I have been missing." "That is why this offer is the next step."
Without that moment, your CTA feels random. With it, your CTA feels like the natural next move.
That is the difference between a Story that gets watched and a Story that inspires action.
Pull up your last selling Story sequence. Go to your Instagram Insights, or pull up the slides from your last selling Story sequence.
This could be your course, digital product, challenge, freebie, service, affiliate offer, low-ticket offer, webinar, consultation, or membership.
What did your CTA ask your buyer to do?
What did the slide directly before your CTA say?
Did that slide make the CTA feel like the natural next move? Or did you go from "Here is my thought, story, proof, or lesson..." straight into "Anyway, buy my thing"?
That tiny jump is where the sale leaks out. Not because your CTA is bad. Because the bridge is missing.
Choose the angle that makes your buyer see themselves fastest. The angle is how you deliver the insight. The Bridge Slide™ is the insight.
Show the result they want.
Show the problem differently.
Help them self-identify.
Right before the CTA, what does your buyer need to realize?
My Bridge Slide™ will say:
The Story has shown a garden that looks fine from the patio, but every time it rains, one corner floods.
Why it works: the buyer does not want drainage. They want a garden they can actually enjoy.
The Story has shown a parent doing all the "right" bedtime things, but bedtime is still turning into a nightly hostage negotiation.
Why it works: the buyer thought they needed a better routine. Now they see they may need to change the start of bedtime.
The Story has talked about working inside someone else's system, wanting something of your own, and realizing there is a business side to travel most people never think about.
Why it works: the viewer goes from "interesting story" to "wait, maybe this applies to me."
Read your Bridge Slide™. Then read your CTA. Ask yourself:
If yes, your sequence now has a bridge.
If no, the CTA is still doing too much heavy lifting.
If your Bridge Slide™ was missing, there is a good chance other parts of the sequence are doing jobs they were never meant to do. Your CTA may be trying to explain the offer, calm objections, create desire, and make the sale in one slide. That is why Stories can feel busy but still not convert.
Inside Story Society™, I teach the full S.T.O.R.Y.™ Method, the buyer psychology sequence behind Stories that sell. The Bridge Slide™ shows you the missing moment before the CTA. Story Society™ shows you the full sequence behind the sale.
The Bridge Slide™ helps your buyer understand why your offer matters before the CTA.
But summer is where most people let their Stories disappear completely.
The Summer Stories Challenge is for business owners who want to keep their Stories alive, intentional, and selling without having to think from scratch while they're on holiday, at the beach, with family, or pretending they are "just going to post later."
